So I've said a few times that maybe my favorite genre of video game is "open-world icon-booping". But my SECRET MOST PRECIOUS REAL ULTRA FAVORITE GENRE of video game is "I cannot tell you anything about this game, as it would ruin the experience, and in fact the mere knowledge that I cannot tell you anything about this game is already ruining a small part of the experience for you, for which I apologize profusely".
(I should really shorten that to something like "Sorry-em-up" or "Tabula Rasa Entertainment" or something.)
Anyway this is one of those. It's also free and a twenty minute funhouse ride. You can get it on Steam or not on Steam.
And... there you have it. I can't talk about this outside spoiler cuts.
I mean okay obviously this isn't exactly what it says on the tin, but I had a great time with it anyway. Very linear but amusingly reactive. You can be a stubborn jerk who tortures the narrator or a helpful/perhaps too helpful wonk who goes with everything, but either way you're going to make a tiger very happy.
The notes are wonderful, too. Someone spent a lot of time on this goofy setpiece of a game.
I was actually tempted to write this spoiler section as if I had played the game going on in front of the scenes, but abandoned that idea. It's been done.
At least the tiger enjoys the experience.
